PREPARE FOR YOUR INSPECTION

FOUR POINT INSPECTION: Please read the following to prepare for the inspection. The inspector will need the following:

• Ability to walk around the entire exterior of house/building.

• Access for plumbing, this includes under sink visual observations; kitchens, bathrooms, and any other plumbing fixtures inside and outside the house.

• Toilets, sinks, washer machine/dryer and water heater should be completely cleared to view all piping and label on water heater.

• Reasonable access above, below, in front of electrical panels to be able to remove face panel to view the interior of the panel.

• Reasonable access to air conditioning equipment.

WIND MITIGATION INSPECTION: Please read the following to prepare for the inspection.

This inspection requires the following:

• Ability to walk around the entire exterior of house/building

• Access to the attic with clearance to be able to see roof framing where it is attached to the exterior wall.

• If you believe your house has full impact opening protection please provide documentation. Any documentation provided will be photographed only.

• If you have any documentation on the most recent install of roofing please provide to inspector.
